There will be a BOD Meeting held prior to the October Member Meeting. The meeting will start promptly at 10:30 AM. The meeting agenda will be sent to all current and interim BOD prior to the meeting.  Please submit topics of importance requiring the BOD attention/decision to Bill Stevens now (in advance of the meeting).

The primary focus will be establishing a preliminary WVM Club budget for 2026 to include appropriation of funds for next year’s events. A preliminary budget for the 2026 Art of the Motorcycle Show will be presented for review.
