Yes, it is Christmas for the WVM! Annual Members Meeting & Christmas Lunch.

Annual Member Meeting & Christmas Lunch

The club covers lunch for all members! Enjoy a convivial atmosphere, and celebrate the season with your fellow club members. Guests welcome, but guest meals must be paid for at the door upon entering.

Activities include: Lunch, Election of the Board, and a fun raffle with items provided by both the club and individual club members

Event Chair: TBD, Volunteer Lead/Coordinator: TBD.

Raffle. Search your garage to set aside any items you would like to dnate for the raffle. Each member gets 10 free tickets, and can purchase additional tickets at $1 each. Put your tickets into a cup in front of the item you’d like to “win.”

Tentative schedule of events:

• 10:30 am - 11:15 am - Set-up

• 11:15 am - 12:00 pm - Lunch

• 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - Annual Member Meeting

  • 2027 Budget Approval

• 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Raffle

• 2:00 pm - ? - Clean up and decamp
